Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
• Position Title: Mechanical Service Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas West
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 9 am – 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engine repair work, engine testing, engine commissioning or any troubleshooting works for power generation engines (Land & Marine) & Main propulsion engines.
• Conduct other Mechanical repair & troubleshooting works such as MHI Deck crane, Mooring Winches, Kamome Propeller & Thruster, Kawasaki Thruster.
• Provide a service report with necessary recommendations & findings.
• Provide technical support for site engineers and customers whenever necessary.

• Entry-level candidates with Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to read and understand basic Mechanical diagrams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to travel (Anchorage/Overseas) by flight or by sailing with the vessel.
