We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimisation of our custom-engineered rubber hose and technical abrasive products.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop custom-engineered rubber hose and technical abrasive products.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyse product requirements to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Utilise engineering principles and CAD/SolidWorks software to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Perform testing and validation of product prototypes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and assist in the resolution of engineering-related issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in CAD/SolidWorks software for 2D and 3D modelling desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of industrial rubber hose and abrasive products is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €34,000.00 per year
