We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter with a strong background in welding, mechanical engineering, and truck and trailer maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet and associated equipment, supporting our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on trucks, trailers, and associated plant equipment.
- Perform MIG/TIG welding and fabrication tasks to repair or modify equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure minimal downtime.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with emergency breakdowns and call-outs as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Trim, CO. Meath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
