Overview
We are seeking a skilled foremen to join our small and rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pipefitting, millwrighting and be familiar with the construction of water and waste water facilities.

Duties
- Lead, motivate, and manage the crew.
- Plan and schedule the work for the crew, daily, weekly, and monthly basis to include integrating subcontractor work as needed.

-Recognizes, addresses, and resolves issues as they arise on the job site.

-Pipe installation: Cut, thread, rig, cement, glue, bolt.

-Process equipment installation knowledge
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience
- Proven experience as an industrial/water/wastewater mechanic, millwright or pipefitter.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Familiarity with water and industrial process and controls systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

- Drivers license

Education

- High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
