Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Piping Design Engineer with experience in AutoCAD Plant 3D, Autodesk Inventor, and/or SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing piping layouts, equipment models, fabrication drawings, and detailed engineering documentation for industrial projects.

Candidates with experience in process engineering, water treatment systems, or Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D piping models and plant layouts using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Create equipment models, fabrication drawings, and mechanical assemblies using Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks.
• Prepare:
• Piping Layouts
• Isometric Drawings
• GA (General Arrangement) Drawings
• Fabrication Drawings
• Equipment Arrangement Drawings
• Pipe Support Details
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Interpret P&IDs and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with process, piping, electrical, and fabrication teams during project execution.
• Review designs for manufacturability, installation feasibility, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Support manufacturing and installation teams by providing technical clarifications.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and drawing standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical/Piping Design Engineering
