Thread Gauge Products Pvt Ltd is a Private company expertise in manufacturing of Gauges for various industries including Aerospace, Defense. We are a 30 member strong company. We are located in HSR Layout, Bangalore. We are looking for a Quality Engineer/Technician who can work in our Calibration/Inspection room to inspect finished products. He/She will focus on getting our lab NABL certified and also work with our production team on day to day calibration activities.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibility:
We are in search of a Engineer/technician who can work in our Calibration/Inspection room to inspect finished products. The candidate should have the following skill set:

- Focus on quality inspection of Thread Gauges using Universal Length Measuring, Lab Concept, Three wire method.

- Maintain NABL documentation and keep lab up to NABL standards
- Follow instructions on handling the products and machines.
- Work with production supervisor and operators in resolving issues.
- Understand the product and come up with faster ways of calibration/inspection
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Proficient in working on and Making Reports for each product tested.
- Previous experience in working with calibration/inspection equipment's or should have Diploma or higher degree.
Key Skills
- Previous Experience in working on setting up a lab for NABL certification needs.
- Prepare all required documents and processes for NABL certification needs.
- Previous experience in working with calibration/inspection equipment's or should have Diploma or higher degree.,
- Proficient in reading and writing English. ,
- Proficient in working on and preparing reports for each product tested.

Projected Total Compensation: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
