Mechanical Supervisor – Data Center & Hyperchip Manufacturing
Location: EMEA
What you will do
We are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical operations across data center and hyperchip manufacturing facilities. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, and supporting the delivery of complex mechanical systems in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
How you will do it
  • Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities across multiple sites.
  • Lead teams of up to 20 technicians and subcontractors, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure mechanical systems meet design specifications and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage procurement and logistics of mechanical materials and equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports, schedules, and documentation.
  • Travel to various project sites as required (domestic and international).
What we look for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical supervision, preferably in data center or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, chilled water systems, and cleanroom protocols.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work in dynamic environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes and documentation.
  • Experience with digital construction tools.
  • Knowledge of international safety and building codes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
