<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment used in manufacturing and servicing grinding machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. <Responsibilities>

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment during all maintenance activities.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and upgrades to existing equipment.
• Document maintenance procedures, repairs, and parts used accurately for record-keeping.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels.

<Experience>

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics components.
• Familiarity with using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals with precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
• Prior experience working with grinders or similar machinery is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
