Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/Chiller Division Lead Technician for our mechanical

division specializing in chiller systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

working on complex mechanical projects and overseeing installation, preventative maintenance,

and repair operations. We are looking for a candidate that has the ability to schedule the simple

tasks of Preventative Maintenance contracts, perform diagnostics on large chilled water

systems and have the ability to organize your work week with dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily operations of the mechanical/chiller maintenance and repairs, ensuring

efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.

● Manage your time while providing guidance, training and encouragement to the field

techs that help support your department.

● Develop and implement strategies for project execution, including budgeting, scheduling,

and resource allocation.

● You must be able to keep your mechanical rooms, projects, work areas, job sites

organized and clean.

● Collaborate with clients to ensure project requirements are met and exceed

expectations.

● Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure

compliance with safety regulations.

● Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous

improvement within the division.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC-R, focusing on chiller

systems and related technologies.

● Strong understanding of mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance.

● Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships

with clients and team members.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus bonus

Expected Hours: 40 per week
