Primary Responsibilities:

Supports Media Manager by executing deployment of campaigns and optimizations in partnership with agency teams
Collaborate with media agency and finance teams to manage media budget, which is inclusive of monitoring campaign pacing, contract submission, and invoice approval
Lead reporting and summaries of DTC media performance
Manage DTC campaign optimizations through developing new creative assets
Manage social commerce across Meta and TikTok through testing promotions, updating creative messaging and scaling TikTok affiliates to drive DTC new customer acquisition goals
Oversees affiliate marketing channel and strategies to support the DTC business
Leads management of Instacart platform through building campaigns and optimizations that align to marketing objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in media role.

Knowledges/Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency in using media platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Instacart
Knowledge of web analytics tools like GA4 and Shopify to analyze media/channel performance
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms like Commission Junction, Impact, etc
Knowledge of social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop & Meta Shops
Ability to problem-solve and act with agility
Strong communication skills to interact with agency teams, media vendors and cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in media budgets and campaign reporting

Physical Requirements: General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move about an office.

Location: This role is hybrid, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.

Environment: Exposure to disagreeable elements is low.

Safety: The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

Supervisory Responsibility:

The incumbent has no direct supervisory responsibility.

Annual Pay

Annual Pay Range

$81,488.00 - $122,283.00

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
