Experienced Medical Aesthetician – Part-Time

Join Our Growing Medical Aesthetics Team

We are seeking a skilled, professional, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our busy and growing medical aesthetics practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, patient care, and delivering exceptional treatment outcomes.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a medical aesthetics environment and is confident in conducting consultations, educating patients, and providing high-quality treatments.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will:

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments within their scope of practice
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and patient consultations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and concerns
• Provide education on skincare products, treatment options, and maintenance programs
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained
• Deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive clinic experience
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician
• Medical Aesthetics diploma or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, skin conditions, and treatment protocols
• Excellent consultation, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional, confident, and polished presentation
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Required Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience performing:

• Microneedling
• Radiofrequency (RF) Microneedling
• IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments
• Laser Hair Removal
• Chemical Peels
• Hydrafacial treatments
• Advanced facial and skin rejuvenation treatments
• Patient consultations and treatment planning
• Pre- and post-treatment patient care and education

Preferred Assets

• Experience with medical-grade skincare lines
• Experience assisting physicians or nurse injectors
• Sales and retail experience in a medical aesthetics environment
• Familiarity with Jane App / Jane EMR for scheduling, charting, and patient management
• Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic technologies
