Job Title: Medical Assistant

Summary:

We are a growing practice. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical setting and be able to provide administrative and clinical support to our physicians and patients.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients
Schedule appointments
Prepare patients for examinations
Document basic information on electronic medical record
Restock medical supplies
Turnover and prepare rooms
Answer phone calls

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a medical setting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Teachable
Candidates will be required to pass background checks before they can be hired

Benefits:

Hours 8am - 3:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Some Monday/Fridays 8am-12pm
