Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This role includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and a premium patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and prepare patients for procedures and consultations
Take and record vital signs and medical history
Assist medical providers during aesthetic treatments and procedures
Sterilize and maintain equipment and treatment rooms
Schedule appointments and manage patient intake
Accurately document patient information in EMR system
Educate patients about treatments and aftercare instructions
Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
Support front desk operations as needed

Qualifications:

Completion of a Medical Assistant training program (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or aesthetics setting preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in basic computer systems and EMR software
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
