The Medical Assistant is responsible for rooming the patient, administering injections, maintaining the patient chart, responding to patient phone calls. This position requires a very detail-oriented person.

The MA's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

* Prepping charts for the provider

* Rooming patients - taking vitals, updating the patient's chart, and med list.

* Prepping rooms for the next patient

* Stocking rooms for the next day

* Administering injections and In Body Scans

* Responding to patients calls

* Prepping and assisting provider with procedures

* Ordering lab work and medications per providers direction

* Organizes work-flow to meet patient needs in a timely manner

* Prior Authorizations

* Assist with gut health and weight loss nurse visits

* Any other job duties requested by the provider

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

License/Certification:
