Summary
We are seeking full-time ophthalmic medical assistants/technicians to join our growing practice. Our ophthalmic medical assistants & technicians perform patient intake by taking medical histories, obtaining patients' visual acuities, and performing diagnostic testing, as well as assisting physicians with procedures, among other duties. Our ophthalmic assistants & technicians are required to travel as needed to satellite locations, including Hershey, York, and State College.Successful candidates will be compassionate & possess good communication skills as well as thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and previous experience in healthcare-related fields preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Assisting patients to and from exam lanes.
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and dexterity of limbs to assist with procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
