Job Title: Medical Coder

​Job Overview:
As a Medical Coder, you will review clinical documentation, assign accurate medical codes, and ensure compliance with medical billing rules to optimize reimbursement processes

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze clinical documentation (physician notes, diagnostic reports, and discharge summaries) to determine appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes according to coding guidelines and regulations.
• Perform risk adjustment coding and coding quality checks.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines, patient privacy standards, and company coding policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding edits, denials, and documentation queries.

​Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

​Mandatory Certifications:
Candidates must possess the following certifications:
​Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
​Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)

​Open to freshers and experienced professionals
​Mandatory CPC, CCS, and CRC certifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
