The Team & Role

To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Clinical Training and the Medical Education Unit, ensuring the smooth delivery of education programs, wellbeing initiatives, and compliance with the National Framework for Prevocational Medical Training.

Skills & Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or education setting.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Systematic, thorough and attentive to detail when preparing materials, managing sensitive information and processing tasks
• Demonstrated ability to manage challenging issues and enquiries in a calm and considered manner
• High level of digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable

• Experience supporting medical education programs or working with junior medical staff.
• Understanding of the PMCV framework and prevocational medical training requirements.
Experience in web publishing or maintaining online education portals.
