Medical Delivery Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery and providing setup of medical equipment for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company.
Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.
Educate customers in proper use and care of equipment.
Complete necessary paperwork as required by the company.
Assist with customer equipment problems under emergency conditions.
Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours in accordance with company policy.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs on equipment as required in accordance with company policies.
Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in educational programs as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 plus pounds

Reliable
Industrious
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Prior Durable Medical Equipment field experience preferred pay level based on experience
Prior home delivery experience
