We are multidisciplinary rehab clinic looking for an enthusiastic and energetic office administrator to join our team. Candidate should be able to handle day-to-day office duties and related activities.
Requirements:
*Greet patients and manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling multi-line phone systems.
* Should have knowledge of Antibex software.
* Should be aware of EHC, MVA, and WSIB clients and their billing.
* Excellent Punjabi, Hindi and English required.
* Ability to prioritise, complete tasks and all rounder.
* Extremely strong time management and organizational skills
* Takes initiative at work to improve our performance along and is a team player.
* Fast learner

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
