Overview
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Office Cleaner to maintain a safe, hygienic environment at a medical facility. Your work will directly support patient care by ensuring the office meets the highest health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of all medical office areas including exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and break rooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, desks, chairs, and windowsills
- Maintain restroom cleanliness: sanitize fixtures, refill dispensers, empty waste bins
- Clean glass surfaces and mirrors to a streak-free finish
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Maintain trash removal schedule and replace liners
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous professional cleaning experience, preferably in medical or healthcare settings
- Available for weekday evening and weekend shifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Must successfully complete a background check and provide references upon request.
