Medical Practice Manager

Our medical practice is searching for an experienced and dynamic leader to lead the practice into a new era of growth. The ideal candidate will be held responsible for overseeing clinical operations, implementing strategic business plans, scrutinizing current business structure and utilization, and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation. The Fee for Service Manager will report directly to the practice CEO. The right candidate will need to be able to build strong relationships with our insurance payors and in house billing departments. This candidate will need to take a comprehensive approach to increasing profitability, practice efficiency, and have experience with implementing new strategies..
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to employees
- Establish practice policy and strategic long-term goals
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the business performance of the practice
- Analyze the practice's current model and make recommendations for alternative courses of action.
- Negotiate and manage insurance contracts.
- Reviews metrics and revenue cycle performance
- Monitor the performance of all medical staff and billing department
- Plan, organize, and direction operation objectives for one or more practice locations
- Manage the company's personnel resources.
- Recommend and implement new areas of practice growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze, implement, and replace office policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the organization
- Supervise and provide guidance to department heads and other key personnel
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief Operating Officer or medical practice administration
- Strong background in budgeting, project management, program management, and process improvement
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and motivate teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to forecast trends and make data-driven decisions
- Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving results
Qualifications
- 8 plus years of managerial and healthcare experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical practice financial function
- Bachelor's Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
