What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Own the Inbox: Respond to patient emails and enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and care.
  • Schedule Like a Pro: Master the art of organising patient bookings, keeping everything running like clockwork.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Answer patient questions and provide guidance about our services (don’t worry—we’ll train you!).
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Upload files and notes with precision, always respecting confidentiality and privacy.
  • Connect the Dots: Work closely with Patients, GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals to deliver seamless care.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role (medical or allied health experience is a bonus!).
  • An understanding of the Medicare system.
  • A can-do attitude and a commitment to providing the best possible patient care.
  • Australian working rights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Work from home

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
