What Your Day Will Look Like:

- Be a Problem Solver: Answer patient questions and provide guidance about our services (don’t worry—we’ll train you!).
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Upload files and notes with precision, always respecting confidentiality and privacy.
- Connect the Dots: Work closely with Patients, GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals to deliver seamless care.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role (medical or allied health experience is a bonus!).
- An understanding of the Medicare system.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
