We are looking for a friendly, patient, and outgoing person to join our small team of Receptionist.

Availability to cover holidays is desirable.

Clinic is open 7 days 10am - 2pm & 3pm - 7pm

Duties :

- Booking in Patients with Socrates

- Cash handling

- Ensuring all stock is up to date

- Delivering the best help possible to our patients in a polite and emphatic way

- Monitoring and answering emails

-Opening and closing the Clinic

-Liasing with Doctors, pharmacists, labs and hospitals

The ideal candidates needs to be proactive and responsible, as well being able to work under pressure.

Full training is provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €14.80 per hour

Work Location: In person
