DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY, INC., (DTI) is seeking to add a Supervisor/Team Lead to our Medical Records Customer In-House SCANNING team! This is NOT a Medical Assistant position. You will be responsible for Supervising the team that provides accurate PREP and SCAN of medical records. In addition, this is a working manager position, so you will be jumping in to help prep and scan records to meet department quota. Their is NO patient interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Director of Business Operations to make decisions for operational activities
- Monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
- Assist Director of Business Operations with supervision of staff from FM departments and provide constructive feedback
Working Manager Duties
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise Director of Business Operations of issues related to data
Qualifications:
- Proven experience Supervisor or Team Lead or equivalent position
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
- High School diploma Required, BS/BA Preferred
- Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
