Job Description – Territory Sales Officer (TSO), Cuttack HQ(This position is open to FEMALE candidates only)

The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) based at Cuttack Headquarters represents the company across clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals. The role may sound simple in words, but it is demanding in practice: build presence, build trust, build business.

We are currently hiring only Female Territory Sales Officers for this role.
This requirement aligns with territory dynamics, engagement needs, and long-term business strategy.

You will own the territory end to end. Daily doctor calls, chemist coverage, and stockist coordination are essential—no shortcuts, no excuses. You are expected to understand prescriptions, promote products ethically, and convert strategy into sales the traditional way: through consistency, relationships, and disciplined follow-up. Targets are real, and accountability is non-negotiable.

The TSO plans and executes daily field activity, implements promotional strategies, ensures product availability, gathers market intelligence, and reports honestly—what is moving, what is not, and how competitors are positioned. Joint field work with seniors is part of professional grooming, not hand-holding. You learn the craft, then you deliver results.

This role rewards discipline and respects routine. Morning calls, steady coverage, accurate reporting. Flash does not last here—character does. Rejection is part of the journey. Patience, resilience, and quiet confidence are what make the territory respond.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
