Job Summary -

Advaith Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a willingness to work in the field, and a passion for achieving sales and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail Advaith Life Sciences products to doctors, medical professionals, pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, distributors, and key customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular doctor and customer visits according to the assigned tour plan.
• Effectively communicate product information, benefits, indications, dosage information, and other approved product-related details.
• Generate prescriptions and improve product visibility and acceptance within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Ensure regular follow-up with doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, product movement, and customer feedback.
• Ensure adequate product availability through coordination with distributors and stockists.
• Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales reports, tour plans, and other required records.
• Participate in product campaigns, meetings, conferences, promotional activities, and company training programs.
• Provide timely market feedback to the Sales Manager/Business Manager.
• Ensure all promotional activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Manage the assigned territory effectively to maximize business growth and customer coverage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Doctor coverage and productive calls.
• Prescription generation and product growth.
• New customer and doctor additions.
• Distributor/stockist management.
• Territory growth and market development.
• Call productivity and reporting discipline.
• Customer relationship management.
• Compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.

Candidate ProfileEducation

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Com, BBA, or other relevant qualifications preferred.
• Candidates with a pharmaceutical/healthcare sales background will be preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales preferred.

• Good knowledge of the local market and territory.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
