Job Description


Location:
Daejeon & Gwangju, South Korea
Reports to: Sales Manager

Primary Objective:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals within an assigned territory to ensure consistent sales growth through high-quality products, technical expertise, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with customers by mapping key accounts within the territory.
  • Achieve and maintain consistent sales targets within the designated territory by promoting and selling products effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategic territory sales plans.
  • Apply product knowledge and selling skills to meet healthcare professionals' needs and achieve sales goals.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, health talks, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Continuously update technical and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and company guidelines.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a successful track record in general hospital settings.
  • Strong planning, organizational, learning agility and presentation skills.
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude and a passion for the medical field.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach with a sense of urgency.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of results.
