Medical Sales Executive

We are hiring a Medical Sales Specialists with experience in healthcare sales, B2B sales, or physician outreach. The role focuses on appointment setting for medical webinars and converting leads into sales with physicians and clinics in regenerative medicine (stem cells, exosomes, peptides).

Key Responsibilities

Outbound calling, emailing, and lead generation

Schedule physicians for webinars and consultations

Conduct follow-ups and sales calls with doctors/clinics

Convert leads into closed deals (B2B medical sales)

Maintain CRM and achieve sales targets / KPIs

Requirements

Experience in medical sales / pharma sales / healthcare B2B sales

Strong communication and closing skills

Experience in appointment setting & lead conversion

Basic understanding of medical terminology

Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Commission: High uncapped commission on each sale

Bonus: Performance-based monthly & quarterly bonuses
