About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Medical Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in the healthcare sector. The candidate must have a medical/healthcare sales background and strong contacts with doctors, especially heart surgeons and cardiologists in Alappuzha and across Kerala. This role requires frequent communication with clients, handling sales orders, follow-ups, and developing long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and clinics, with a special focus on cardiology and cardiac surgery.
  • Promote and present company products/services effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Leverage existing medical contacts to expand sales opportunities and market penetration.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: client communication, order collection, follow-ups, payment coordination, and after-sales support.
  • Identify and meet potential new clients to expand the customer base across Kerala.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  • Stay updated with healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and doctors’ evolving requirements.
  • Represent the company at meetings, medical exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales data, and business development activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory if strong medical contacts exist).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in medical sales, pharma sales, surgical equipment sales, or hospital business development.
  • Network: Strong, proven contacts with heart surgeons, cardiologists, and hospitals in Alappuzha and other parts of Kerala.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex medical products in a simple way.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Kerala.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and good at relationship building.

Preferred Profile

  • Candidates with a medical or pharma sales background and an established doctor network will be given priority.
  • Individuals who have worked with cardiac-related products, medical devices, or hospital equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
