About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing bariatric client enquiries and executing high-value transactions once suitability is confirmed. This role involves active pipeline management, strong relationship-building, and a direct impact on business growth.

Sales experience is required, but we appreciate that you may not have bariatric sales experience - training on this will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with potential clients following their enquiry
• Coordinate consultations between clients and medical consultants
• Manage and close sales of high-value medical services
• Achieve annual sales targets in excess of multi 7-figures
• Maintain detailed KPI records and performance tracking

Minimum Requirements:

• Extensive, proven sales experience is absolutely essential
• Experience in selling high-value products or services is required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm (in-person, on-site)

PACKAGE

• Salary Range: €30,000 - €35,000 (experience dependent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
