Are you a motivated, responsible driver who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced situations? Andy’s Wrecker & Repair is seeking a Medium to Heavy-Duty Tow Operator to join our trusted, locally owned team that's been serving the community for over 40 years. Experience a MUST!

Responsibilities:

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting drivers in distress and addressing their needs
• Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues before towing
• Load and unload vehicles using proper securing methods
• Maintain accurate service records, including vehicle condition and incident details
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding service updates and ETAs
• Manage conflicts calmly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on tow trucks to ensure safety

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong work ethic with a customer-first mindset
• Previous towing experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
• Pay: $20-$50 Depending on experience and Proof that you know heavy/ roll back towing

Pay depends on experience

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
