Meeting & Events Sales Manager

Situé au coeur de la Forêt de Soignes, à l’intersection de la Wallonie, de la Flandres et de Bruxelles, le Dolce by Wyndham La Hulpe Brussels offre de nombreuses possibilités pour permettre aux membres d’une équipe, à des amis ou aux familles de se réunir dans des conditions optimales de sécurité et de confort au contact de la nature pour stimuler l’échange et l’inspiration.

L’hôtel 4* inclut un restaurant de 1000m² et 264 chambres et suites au décor contemporain offrant des vues apaisantes uniques sur la forêt de Soignes. Des activités sportives et récréatives sont également proposées sur site (piscine intérieure avec terrasse, sauna, hammam, Spa Cinq Mondes, terrains de tennis extérieurs, parcours santé en forêt…) ainsi que dans les proches environs (balade à pied, en vélo ou en trottinette électrique vers le Parc Solvay, la Fondation Folon ou Waterloo.)

Le centre de conférence de 4500 m² est réparti en 40 salles de séminaire de 40 à 750m² dont 2 auditoriums (150 et 500 sièges). Chaque espace bénéficie d’un système de ventilation performant et est équipé de technologies de pointe, permettant l’organisation de réunions hybrides. Les nombreux et larges espaces extérieurs démultiplient les possibilités.

Your Mission

  • Inspire clients by providing professional and thorough hotel tours, highlighting the key features and benefits of our property.
  • Create offers, contracts, service orders, and invoices with precision and within deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external partners, and suppliers, ensuring impeccable follow-up.
  • Use our sales management system to organize and optimize hotel operations (reports, space reservations, account management).
  • Meet and exceed global sales targets set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Apply Dolce/Wyndham sales policies and techniques to maximize hotel occupancy.
  • Work closely with operational and accounting departments to ensure the success of events.
  • Conduct post-event debriefings with clients to evaluate satisfaction and explore future business opportunities.

Your Profile

  • You are a team player and passionate about organizing events and meetings, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • You are enthusiastic, organized, and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed objectives.

  • You exhibit professionalism and meticulousness, whether in client interactions or administrative tasks.
