Role Overview: As our Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our members and their guests, setting the tone for their visit. We are looking for someone outgoing, proactive, and composed who can create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with poise and professionalism
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Provide a seamless check-in experience for members and their guests
• Maintain a calm and collected demeanor, even during busy periods
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service operations
• Offer attentive support to guests, anticipating their needs
