Chattanooga Federal Employees Credit Union is hiring a full time Member Service Representative to assist members with financial transactions.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct basic teller transactions
- Open new accounts
- Assist members with needs on their accounts
- Promote products & services offered by Chattanooga Federal
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including fully paid health, dental, and vision coverage; $3,250 contribution to your HSA, life insurance, LTD, 401k, federal holidays, vacation time, and sick time. No Saturday hours!
Successful candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED and have strong customer service and relationship skills. Key attributes of candidates are accuracy, punctuality, dependability, and must have a positive attitude. Previous cash handling or credit union experience a plus. Must be able to problem solve effectively. There will be a drug test, credit check and background check completed for all potential candidates. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour and can be adjusted based on experience. Must be available to work Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 4:00 and Friday 8:00 - 5:00.
