A good MSR is welcoming and dependable with strong communication skills. You're on the front line, making a difference every day - whether you're processing routine transactions or making suggestions and referrals for financial products and services.

A Grade 12 education is the minimum requirement for this position, but you'll have a leg up if you have post-secondary training and experience in sales and customer service. Work is located in a normal office environment, with typical demands including computer use and keyboarding; light physical exertion including lifting; sitting and standing for long periods of time.

There is no guarantee of hours in any given pay period; candidate must maintain flexibility to work on short notice or with hours being scheduled in advance (up to full time on occasion). Location of work will be at any of Cornerstone Credit Union's Kipling or Arcola branches, depending upon need.
