Membership Sales Consultant

Quest Fitness is seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Consultant to join our rapidly growing gym. The Membership Sales Consultant will play a key role in attracting and retaining members. Your primary responsibility is to sell gym memberships and promote services like personal training, classes, and wellness programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Calling or contacting leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, or referrals.
  • B2B Lead Generation- Research and identify ideal B2B prospects.
  • Tours & Consultations: Showing potential members around the gym, explaining benefits, services, and equipment.
  • Membership Sales: Recommending and closing membership packages that suit the client’s goals and budget.
  • Upselling Services: Promoting add-ons like personal training, nutrition coaching, group classes, or premium plans.
  • Customer Service: Answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping with onboarding.
  • Follow-Ups: Reaching out to prospects who didn’t immediately join or those whose memberships are expiring.
  • Meeting Targets: Hitting daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.

Skills Needed:

  • 2 years of experience in sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and organized
  • Confidence and persuasive ability
  • Basic fitness knowledge (to speak knowledgeably about services)
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • CRM or sales software familiarity (helpful but not always required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital marketing.

Job Type: Part-time
