What You’ll Do

• Lead and assist with daily memory care programming (music, sensory activities, art, movement, reminiscence therapy)
• Engage residents in small group and 1:1 activities tailored to cognitive ability
• Support structured routines that help reduce confusion and agitation
• Encourage participation while honoring each resident’s comfort level
• Assist with transitioning residents to and from activities
• Collaborate with Nursing and Care Partners to align activities with resident needs
• Create a calm, engaging, and supportive environment
• Document participation and engagement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in memory care, senior living, childcare, or recreation preferred
• Passion for working with seniors required
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
