Job Overview

Evergreen Square Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated MEP Engineer to join our project team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, coordination, and quality control of MEP activities at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations at project sites.
• Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
• Prepare project reports, material requisitions, and progress documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors for MEP-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP engineering and project execution.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing systems, fire fighting systems, and building services.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Understanding of MEP design coordination and site execution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
