Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Advisory Enablement Leader, Asia
The role of the MMB Asia Advisory Enablement Leader is to support and enable the development of consulting solutions and capabilities across MMB Asia, fostering a forward-looking and positive culture and an issue led approach to our consulting and broader propositions.
We will count on you to:
Expand advisory aspects of MMB’s value proposition and drive disruption around how benefits are designed, financed and delivered offering creative, consultative data-driven approaches to complement our core brokerage, placement and digital capabilities.
Proactively position consulting solutions at the forefront of emerging areas outside of the insured benefit space based on key themes and social change including modernization of employee support programs and healthy organisational cultures. The Enablement Leader will support strategic market initiatives to enable consulting offerings around an ever-wider field of play.
Support growth of existing consulting capabilities across the region working with sales, digital, enablement and consulting leadership network to develop our capabilities to sell and deliver both generalist and specialty work.
Support the development of new propositions including (but not limited to) consulting (general design, workforce health, flex/choice, plan member communication, actuarial/financial), digital (Darwin, Benefits You and others), GBM solution support and Expatriate and Post-employment benefits. This role will be responsible for delivery of revenue growth as well as proposition development related revenue reporting to the MMB Asia Advisory Leader.
What you need to have:
A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience with a solid background in project management, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects preferably with industry exposure to healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits space.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in stakeholder management.
