Our platform empowers businesses to streamline operations, optimize inventory, and foster strategic partnerships within the fashion supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients on product development and pricing offers.

Confirm prices with clients and issue Proforma Invoices (PI) for master Letters of Credit (L/C).

Expedite collection of all order-related documents for buyer's necessary actions.

Procure PI for open Back-to-Back (BTB) L/C and coordinate with suppliers for related materials.

Ensure timely follow-up on Time and Action (T & A) plans to ensure on-time delivery of the right quality and quantity.

Submit lab dips, trims, bulk fabric samples, and quality samples to clients for approval.

Coordinate material procurement for production.

Monitor sampling approval process closely, ensuring timely submission to clients for approval.

Analyze critical paths and conduct meetings with clients to address concerns.

Coordinate Pre-Production (PP) meetings with clients.

Submit size sets to clients and arrange approvals for bulk production.

Procure required materials in-house for production according to T & A.

Collect inventory reports from stores and update production and quality teams accordingly.

Arrange third-party testing for required materials and provide reports to clients.

Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Schedule inspections with client inspection teams.

Coordinate space booking with shipping lines and ensure timely goods handover.

Ensure on-time and smooth shipment to clients.

Take necessary actions in case of delayed delivery or quality issues, consulting with department heads or higher authorities for resolution.

Provide regular reports to department heads.

Report to higher authorities as needed.

Issue inspection certificates when required.

Follow up on payment issues as necessary.

Experience: 3yrs to 5yrs

Qualification: B.Des/ M.Des/B.F.Tech/M.F.Tech
