De Novoo is a Women's clothing Brand, Our manufacturing unit is located in Motilal Nagar, goregaon west, Mumbai. We are looking for a dedicated operations incharge manager for our factory.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity.
Operational Manager - Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and taking care of on time dispatching of orders.
- Works closely with team to ensure all operational functions within the firm like production of apparels, managing inventory, are being properly executed.
- Taking care of required materials and fabrics are in stock.
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
- Active participation & support in business planning and the development of the departments through both strategic and operational improvement and development.
Required skills and qualifications
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
- Excellent ability to run operations of a factory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
