Description:
About the role

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing your territory, ensuring the development and achievement of agreed objectives, focusing on merchandising to a high standard within pharmacies based on an agreed call plan.

Duties include:

• Bring campaigns to life by executing all head office promotional activity with precision and priority
• Shape the instore experience through high impact window displays, feature bays and off location merchandising that drives customer engagement
• Be the communication heartbeat with timely updates on compliance, weekly activities and insights
• Own your space by executing planograms accurately and maintaining strong, consistent shelf presence across all categories
• Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

Skills and Experiences:
About you

Merchandising experience
Basic IT skills to generate reports to management
The ability to understand what the customer wants
Well organised and solid planning skills
Creative flair
Good verbal communication
