A Merchant Onboarding Specialist in fintech is responsible for managing the onboarding process of new merchants, ensuring a seamless experience from documentation to activation.Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the complete onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Merchant Support: Act as the primary point of contact for merchants during the onboarding process, providing guidance and support to resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaboration: Work closely with growth managers, key account teams, and internal stakeholders to align on onboarding activities and timelines, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
