We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Deploy, host, and maintain applications in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Work with Git and version control systems for collaborative development.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience deploying and hosting MERN applications.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of database design and application architecture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge Expectations

Candidates should possess strong understanding from basic to advanced levels in:

• JavaScript fundamentals and modern ES6+ features.
• React concepts, hooks, state management, and component architecture.
• Backend development with Node.js and Express.js.
• MongoDB schema design, queries, and optimization.
• API design, authentication, and security best practices.
• Application deployment, hosting, and production maintenance.
• Debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redux.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Understanding of frontend design principles and responsive UI development.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: ₹14,208.77 - ₹21,000.00 per month
