Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and installation, demonstrating proficiency in various tasks related to building and assembly. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Installer will work on-site, collaborating with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation specifications.
• Perform installations of various products, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and openings for weatherproofing or aesthetic purposes.
• Conduct heavy lifting as required during installations, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance person industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with carpentry techniques and practices is a plus.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with installation work.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.35-$30.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
