Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities.


Essential Functions

  • Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development.
  • Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.
  • Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


Preferred Qualifications:
Application Deadline: 07/14/26 5:00 pm EST. Compensation Grade: SM3. Preferred experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance customer engagement, drive data informed decision making, and improve business outcomes. Domicile: This position may be located anywhere within the contiguous United States. Sales experience and Leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Minimum: $7,890/month - Maximum: $15,380/month

Additional Details: This role is sales management in Customer Success in the Healthcare Vertical. Overnight travel will be required to meet with customers in a face to face environment.
