Your role…

As part of our creative design team, you will provide our range of life science clients with world-class design work to ensure they can achieve their objectives. You will play an essential role in the creative process from helping design client briefs to designing and delivering innovative design work across a range of mediums and platforms.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a wide range of design work tailored to our client’s needs in the life science sector. Playing a key role in each stage of the creative client journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Interpret briefs to generate creative/design work with a strong conceptual basis.

• Collaborate with fellow designers and members of the wider team to meet the agency and client’s design objectives.

• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals/objectives and take briefs for complex projects.

• Prepare and present work for projects, pitches and workshops.

• Work to the highest quality standards, ensuring work is flawless in readiness for publication.

• Manage own workload to meet project milestones and deadlines.

• Maintain an awareness of the latest design trends and share knowledge with the wider team.

What's important to us…

We’re looking for a talented designer with experience using briefs to guide their creative work. You will be comfortable collaborating with your design colleagues and can clearly communicate design concepts to colleagues and clients. Our ideal candidate will have gained some experience as an in-house or agency designer within a B2B industry. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You Should Have:

• A passion for design as demonstrated by a high-quality portfolio.

• Ability to discuss and explain designs and concepts.

• Knowledge of UX, Figma or web design would be beneficial.

• An exceptional eye for detail as well as a passion for delivering creative design solutions.

• Knowledge of Adobe's range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience working with clients and setting/managing expectations.
