Mill & Lathe Machinist / Cnc Programmer

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist with strong hands-on experience operating and programming both CNC Mills and Lathes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong experience with both CNC Mills and CNC Lathes
• Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machines
• Experience editing and modifying CNC programs at the machine
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong knowledge of tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Ability to inspect parts and maintain tight tolerances
• Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Mills and Lathes
• Produce precision parts according to drawings and specifications
• Set tooling, offsets, and machine parameters
• Make program adjustments as needed
• Perform in-process and final inspections
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
