Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Millwright to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with rotating equipment, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and alignment procedures. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation and safety of mechanical systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and dismantle machinery and heavy equipment using hoists, cranes, and hand tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Perform precision alignment and leveling using dial indicators, laser alignment tools, etc.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on machines and mechanical systems
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Work with pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, and other rotating equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Millwright in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proficient with mechanical tools and equipment
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work from technical manuals, drawings, and specifications
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

• NCCER Millwright Certification
• OSHA 10/30 Certification
• Welding experience or certification (a plus)

Pay: ₹11,841.63 - ₹73,337.00 per month
