He angitūtanga: The opportunity
Eke Panuku Development Auckland is the urban regeneration agency of Auckland Council, committed to transforming town centres and neighbourhoods into amazing places. We work on projects that bring vibrancy and sustainability to communities across Tāmaki Makaurau.
In this role, you will oversee minor works projects that enhance the quality and compliance of Eke Panuku assets. You’ll work closely with contractors and internal teams, ensuring high standards and health and safety requirements are met.


Day-to-day you could expect to work on:

  • Scoping minor OPEX projects and coordinating end-to-end delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • Obtain and analyse competitive quotations for specific works, advise on preferred proposals.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor project quality and health and safety.
  • Collaborating with facilities and property managers to implement minor works.
  • Reporting on project progress, budgets, and outcomes.

You are:

  • A results-driven individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and detail-oriented in your work.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A relevant qualification in project or construction management (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in minor works construction or project management.
  • Strong proficiency in property/facilities management software such as SAP.
  • A full and clean NZ Driver’s License is preferred.

Our employer Kiwisaver contribution is additional to base salary offered.
